Design of Furnace Temperature Measurement Simulation Experiment Based on Wiener-BP
In order to study the measurement method of furnace temperature in coal-fired power units, the Wiener-BP model is applied to the measurement of furnace temperature in coal-fired power units. We simplify the input scale of the model by using Pearson correlation method, construct a Wiener-BP model and use a delay time adaptive selection algorithm to determine the delay parameters in the input. The simulation experiment of temperature measurement in coal-fired unit furnace is conducted by using this model, and the simulation results are compared with those of the ordinary BP network temperature measurement model. The measurement effects under different initial parameter values are also compared. The results show that the Wiener-BP model has good performance in measuring the furnace temperature of coal-fired units, and the initial values of the model parameters have a significant impact on the measurement accuracy. The design concept of this simulation experiment is helpful in improving the ability of active students to solve complex engineering problems. The characterization and analysis methods of experimental results exercise students'ability to analyze and interpret data, and obtain reasonable and effective conclusions through information synthesis.
