在集成电路设计实验教学中,引入"5E"(Engagement(吸引),Exploration(探究),Explanation(解释),Elaboration(拓展),Evaluation(评价))教学理念,以工程项目为依托,形成"吸引→探索→解释→拓展→评价"的闭环反馈,构建以学生为主体的实验教学模式.在集成电路设计流程框架下,创设工程项目情境并采用"小组协作+个人操作"的混合探究形式,培养学生工程实践能力和主观创造性,基于实验结果拓展理论教学内容并回归工程项目应用,有利于提升学生理论水平和应用创新思维."过程+结果"导向的分阶段评价方式贯穿闭环反馈的 4 个阶段,实现全过程、多元化的评价目标,满足了当今社会对于集成电路创新型应用型人才培养的需求.
Exploration of Integrated Circuit Design Experiment Based on"5E"Teaching Philosophy
The teaching philosophy of"5E"(Attraction,Exploration,Explanation,Elaboration,Evaluation)is introduced into the experimental teaching of integrated circuit design.Based on engineering projects,four stages in"5E"form a closed-loop system:"Attraction→Exploration→Explanation→Expansion→Attraction"and construct a student-centered experimental teaching model.Under the framework of the basic design process of integrated circuits,creating engineering project scenarios and constructing a mixed exploration mode of"group collaboration+individual operation"can cultivate students'engineering practical ability and subjective creativity.Based on experimental results,expanded theoretical contents are introduced to construct project applications.It is benefit for improving students'theoretical level and innovative thinking in application.The"process+result"oriented phased evaluation method runs through the four stages of closed-loop feedback to get the comprehensive and diversified evaluation goals,which will serve the demand of society for innovative and practical talents in integrated circuits.
