摘要

基于反应器的各项性能测定实验是化工类学生专业实验课程的重点教学内容.为了进一步提升专业实验的高阶性、创新性和挑战度,探索了微通道反应器的教学应用.通过分析微通道反应器的性能特点,利用Fluent软件对其内部流场进行了研究;以自制微通道反应器性能测定装置为例,设计了与课程目标相匹配的研究型实验内容,并在"化工基础技术实验"课程中进行了实践.通过将实验过程模块化,由学生自主设计、自行讲解、独立操作实验,充分调动了学生的自主学习能力,提升了实验教学效果.

Abstract

The experimental course is the key training content for the performance measurement experiments which based on the reactor for chemical students.In order to further enhance the advanced,innovative and challenging of professional experiments,the paper explores the teaching application of microchannel reactor.By analyzing the performance characteristics of the microchannel reactor,the internal flow field of the microchannel reactor is studied by using the Fluent software,and the research experiment content matching the course objective is designed by taking the self-made microchannel reactor performance measurement device as an example.By the example,the research-type experiment mode is practiced in the course of "Chemical Basic Technology Experiment" in Beijing Institute of Technology.By modularizing the experimental process,students can design,explain and operate the experiment independently,which fully mobilizes students'autonomous learning ability and improves the experimental teaching effect.
