摘要

基于当前集成电路产业人才培养面临培养固化、课程内容陈旧、理论与实践脱节、考核体系缺位以及师资队伍实践能力薄弱等问题,结合国家现代产业学院建设要求,提出在新工科建设背景下构建多专业交叉融合、迭代更新课程内容、理论与实践结合、多元化考核机制和加强师资实践能力建设的集成电路产业学院人才培养模式.通过我校国家级集成电路产业学院的建设实践,佐证了基于集成电路产业学院开展人才培养的可行性.

Abstract

Combined with the current status quo of IC industry talent cultivation,it can be seen that the IC industry talent training mode faces the problems of solidified cultivation mode,restricted curriculum content,lack of assessment system and weak faculty.In order to solve the problems in the current talent training process of IC industry,it should construct an innovative integrated cross-training model in the context of new engineering construction.It can start from multiple perspectives includes realizing the cross-integration of multiple majors,updating the course content,improving the diversified assessment mechanism and strengthening the practical ability of teachers,so as to explore and respond to the requirements of the construction of national modern industrial colleges.Finally,the feasibility of talent training based on IC industry college is proved through the construction practice of national IC Industry College in Guangdong University of Technology.
