智能制造系统课程教学新体系与新模式探索

为了应对智能制造交叉领域课程教学过程中存在的"体系难成型、内容难理解、学生难考核"三大挑战,建设了智能制造系统课程教学新体系和新模式.考虑工业互联网新基建下支持复杂产品全生命周期管理的智能制造单元、多层次信息化集成与管理子系统、多学科协同平台和数据库等共同组成的人机一体化系统,从"课程体系构建、主题作业设计、多维定制考核"三方面进行了教学设计,由浅至深地引入智能制造系统组成及核心技术.实践表明,该课程设计符合交叉学科人才的创新培养要求,取得了更好的教学效果.
A New Teaching Mode for Intelligent Manufacturing System
During the teaching process of the"Intelligent Manufacturing System"course,three major challenges were identified,i.e.,unclear system structure,difficulty in understanding interdisciplinary content,and complexity in assessing learning outcomes.To overcome these challenges,the research team at the School of Automatic Science and Electrical Engineering,Beihang University,proposed a new teaching system and mode for the"Intelligent Manufacturing System"course.This new system and mode consider the Human-Cyber-Physical system for managing the entire life cycle of complex products in the Internet-of-Things environment.It focuses on typical intelligent manufacturing units,multi-layer information integration and management sub-systems,builds a multi-disciplinary collaborative platform and a database,all of which are re-organized as key components of the course.The paper designed a course system that incorporates the aforementioned key technologies,a set of key projects for each part of the course,and a customized assessment mechanism to guide the students.Practical implementation demonstrates that the proposed teaching system and mode effectively cultivate individuals with the capacity to independently solve practical industrial problems.
