虚拟-实训递进式综合性实验教学模式探索——以"能源生产过程控制"课程为例

以能源生产过程控制课程实验建设为例,成果导向理念为基础,构建"实训平台实践—虚实结合仿真平台实验—综合创新设计实验"递进式综合性实验教学模式.分别以水箱液位和水箱温度为控制对象,构建简单、串级及前馈-反馈系统,并引导学生直观感受各类控制系统的特点与工程整定方法.同时构建以成果为导向的持续改进质量监督评估体系.对比发现,采用新型教学模式后,学生参与率大幅度提高(50%~80%),同时学生知识掌握程度以及实验报告成绩也大幅度提升.通过虚拟-实训递进式综合性实验教学模式探索,重构专业培养方案实践环节,改进实验课程教学内容.
Exploration of the Virtual Practical Training Progressive Teaching Model for Comprehensive Experimental——Taking the Experimental Construction of Energy Production Process Control Course as an Example
This article takes the experimental construction of energy production process control course as an example,takes the outcome-based education concept as the guidance,to construct a progressive comprehensive experimental teaching mode of"practical training platform-practice virtual reality combined simulation platform experiment comprehensive innovation design experiment".The simple,cascade,and feedforward feedback systems with water tank liquid level and temperature as control objects have been constructed,and the experiment guides students to intuitively experience the characteristics and engineering tuning methods of various control systems.Simultaneously,a result oriented continuous improvement quality supervision and evaluation system is constructed.Through comparison,it is found that after adopting the novel teaching model,the student participation rate significantly increases by50%~80%,and the level of student knowledge mastery and experimental report scores also significantly improves.In the reform we explore the comprehensive experimental teaching mode of virtual practical training,reconstruct the practical aspects of professional training programs,and the teaching content of experimental courses is improved.Students'basic knowledge is consolidated.
