摘要
为了克服目前课程设计教学存在选题和内容不能适应新工科教育要求、教学模式相对单一、成绩评价方式不能真实反映学生能力等问题,以"岩土工程勘察课程设计"实践教学为案例,从课程设计的选题、指导教师团队构建、课程设计教学模式改革三方面进行了积极探索.提出"四维一体"的选题模式、"专业教师精细指导,校外导师广泛参与,校内助教精心组织"的教师团队组建模式和"以学生为中心、线上线下同步、校内校外协作、分段式推进、闯关式学习、导师随时纠偏、分阶段评价"为特色的教学模式.以克服传统实践教学弊端,提高课程设计的广度、深度和差异度,促进学生个性化培养,在课程设计全流程中培养学生的工程能力、实践能力、创新能力和自主学习能力.
Abstract
In order to overcome the problems of current curriculum design teaching,i.e.,the topic selection and content of the course design are not adapted to the requirements of the new engineering education,the teaching mode is relatively simple,and the grade evaluation method cannot truly reflect the ability of students,we take the practical teaching of Geotechnical Engineering Investigation Curriculum Design as a case,active reform research is carried out from three aspects,i.e.,curriculum design topic selection,teacher team building,and curriculum design teaching mode.A topic selection model called"four dimensions topic library"is proposed creatively.This paper puts forward a model of teachers'team formation,which includes professional teachers'fine guidance,external tutors'extensive participation and internal teaching assistants'careful organization.It builds a teaching model characterized by"student-centered,online and offline synchronization,on-campus and off-campus collaboration,segmented promotion,through-the-gate learning,tutor correction at any time,and phased evaluation".It is expected that the drawbacks of traditional practice teaching can be overcome through the innovation of this paper.It can achieve the purpose of improving the breadth,depth and difference of curriculum design,promoting students'personalized training,and cultivating students'engineering ability,practical ability,innovation ability and independent learning ability in the whole process of curriculum design.
