摘要
为了确保古DNA数据的真实性和质量,建立了标准化的分子考古实验室及管理体系.结合吉林大学生物考古实验室的工作经验,以分子考古学实验室的需求出发,确定了标准化的实验室的布局与设计原则,并从实验室人员管理、实验试剂耗材管理、样本与数据的管理、开放共享管理等方面构建了标准化的实验室管理体系.依托所构建的标准化管理体系,提高了分子考古实验室的管理水平,促进了学科发展,也为其他实验室的建设与运行提供了参考借鉴.
Abstract
To ensure the authenticity and quality of ancient DNA data,it is necessary to establish a standardized molecular archaeology laboratory and management system.This paper begins by addressing the requirements of molecular archaeology laboratories and draws on the work experience of Jilin University's Bioarchaeology Laboratory to expound upon the design and layout principles of standardized laboratories.It also establishes a standardized laboratory management system compassing personnel management,experimental reagent and consumable management,sample and data management,as well as open sharing management.The implementation of this standardized management system not only enhances the managerial proficiency of molecular archaeology laboratories and fosters academic development,but also offers valuable insights for the construction and operation of other molecular archaeology laboratories.
