摘要

为切实提高大型仪器设备使用效益,北京工业大学开展了多元化服务体系的大型仪器开放共享实践.通过构建开放共享预约系统,并持续优化运行管理模式,成功探索出了基于固定仪器测试技术人员模式下的"校—院—课题组"多层次、多元化的测试服务体系.结果表明,在该模式下,通过专职与兼职测试技术人员的有机结合,机时和送样预约测试均实现跨越式增长,显著提升了不同层面仪器资源的开放共享率.可为其他兄弟院校的大型仪器开放共享平台建设提供参考借鉴.

Abstract

In order to improve the utilization efficiency of large-scale instrumental equipment,Beijing University of Technology initiated a practice for open sharing of large instruments with a diversified service system.By establishing an open-sharing appointment system and continuously optimizing the operational management model,a multi-tiered and diversified testing service system of"school-institution-research group"based on the fixed model of instrumental testing technician was successfully explored.The results show that the testing time and the number of testing sample achieved a leapfrog growth based on the organic combination of full-time and part-time testing technician.It leads to significantly improvement in the open sharing rate of instruments at multi-levelled.This practice provides valuable experience in the construction of large instrument open sharing platforms for other brother universities.
