摘要
当前高校实验室在非工作日期间安全管理存在薄弱环节,管理者和实验人员对风险防控和应急处置能力不足,呈现明显的焦虑情绪.在对实验室管理者、责任人和实验人员进行了深入调查,并细致梳理国家、省市和校级层面针对非工作日期间实验室安全管理政策和要求基础上,提出了构建非工作日期间实验室管理体系,并在中国矿业大学实验室管理中进行实践,为破解非工作日期间的实验室安全管理顽疾,提供了有益的参考和借鉴.
Abstract
There are weak links in the safety management of university laboratories during non-working days.Both managers and experimenters lack the ability in risk prevention and emergency response,showing obvious anxiety.Based on a thorough investigation of laboratory managers,responsible persons,and experimenters,and a detailed review of national,provincial,and school level laboratory safety management policies and requirements for non-working days,a laboratory management system for non-working days was proposed.This system has been put into practice in laboratory management in China University of Mining and Technology,providing useful reference and inspiration for solving the stubborn problem of laboratory safety management during non-working days.
