Construction and Practice of Food Laboratory Safety Management System in Local Universities under"Double First-class"Background
Based on the safety status and main problems in safety management of food laboratory in universities,this paper analyzed the laboratory characteristics and hazards,and constructed the laboratory safety management system of the college from the aspects of safety main responsibility,management system,team construction,hardware facility construction,laboratory safety education and access,graded and classified management,hazardous chemicals management,process management and risk control,information construction,assessment and evaluation,daily management and safety culture construction.This paper established an efficient and scientific laboratory safety management system at the college level,formed a three-level linkage safety management model,improved the level of laboratory safety management,and enhanced the safety culture concept,safety and environmental awareness,and scientific experimental literacy of teachers and students.It provides reference of the same type of university laboratories and strong support for the construction of"Double First-class"in universities.
