摘要
为安全有效地开展实践教学基地的教学活动,针对西藏工科实践教学基地的安全管理开展了风险分析与评估,从资源安全保障、安全制度建设和实践安全培训方面构建了基地安全管理模糊贝叶斯网络模型;并提出了提升实践教学基地安全管理的相关措施.实践结果表明:基地安全管理等级为"基本安全",与实际状况具有较高的吻合度;同时,验证了模糊贝叶斯网络模型在安全管理评估中的有效性.该结果对提高西藏新工科人才培养质量及促进实践教学基地发展提供了参考依据.
Abstract
In order to carry out the teaching activities of the practice teaching base safely and effectively,the risk analysis and assessment were carried out for the safety management of the Tibet engineering practice teaching base,and the fuzzy Bayesian network model of base safety management was constructed from the aspects of resource security assurance,safety system construction and practice safety training;And proposed relevant measures to enhance the safety management of practical teaching bases.The practical results show that the security management level of the base is"basic security",which has a high degree of consistency with the actual situation;At the same time,the effectiveness of the fuzzy Bayesian network model in security management evaluation was verified.The results provide a reference basis for improving the quality of training new engineering talents in Tibet and promoting the development of practical teaching bases.
