Design of Experiment Teaching Platform on Direct-expansion Solar-assisted Heat Pump by Using R32
In order to study the actual operation characteristics of a direct-expansion solar-assisted heat pump(DX-SAHP)system by using R32 as refrigerant,an experimental platform is designed and built, and is used to undergraduate and postgraduate experimental teaching. The platform mainly comprises a solar collector/evaporator,a constant-frequency compressor,a heat storage water tank surrounded by a winding condenser,an electronic expansion valve, and a data acquisition and control system.Among them, the data acquisition and control system is based on KingView 6.55 software, which can realize platform control, and the collection, processing, storage and display of data.Test results show that the platform has the advantages of safe and reliable operation, rapid and accurate parameter measurement, stable heating output performance, and high collector efficiency as well as heating efficiency. When the 0.2 m3 water at 12.1℃is heated to 55℃with average solar radiation intensity of 734.4 W/m2 and average ambient temperature of 18.1℃,the average heating COP reaches 4.3.The experimental platform provides an effective solution to the low-carbon and clean heating,by which multiple design and research experiments can be carried out.It may be very useful to arouse students'learning interest and academic inclination, and cultivate students'scientific research ability and innovative spirit.
