无刷伺服电动机非接触位置检测方法

为实现无刷伺服电动机转子位置检测的小型化和高可靠性,将非接触磁旋编码器应用于无刷电动机转子的角度检测.在分析磁旋编码器工作原理和应用特点的基础上,论述了磁旋编码器与无刷电动机数字控制器的接口及通信方式;设计了小型化传感组件,以TMS320F2812 型DSP为核心构建实验平台进行无刷电动机的驱动与控制测试.实验结果表明,非接触磁旋编码器用于无刷伺服电动机的转子位置检测,具有测量精度高、响应速度快、体积小等优点.非接触与数字控制器配合使用时,可获得良好的控制效果.
Non-contact Position Detection Method in BLDC Motor
To achieve high reliability and miniaturization of the rotor position measurement of brushless motors,a non-contact magnetic rotary encoder is applied to the rotor angle detection of brushless motors.On the basis of analyzing the working principle and application characteristics of the magnetic rotary encoder,the interface and communication mode between the magnetic rotary encoder and the brushless motor digital controller are discussed.A miniaturized rotor position sensing component is designed,and an experimental platform is built and TMS320F2812 is used as the controller.The drive and control tests of brushless motor are carried out,and the results are discussed.The experimental results show that the non-contact rotor position detection method has the advantages of high measurement accuracy,fast response speed and small size,and can obtain good motor control effect with digital controller.
