面向踝足骨折分型研究的造模机实验装置设计与实现

为了深入研究踝足骨折的损伤机制、临床分型及诊疗方案,研制了一套踝足部骨折造模机实验装置.建立了液压执行系统AMESim虚拟仿真模型,并对木头、塑料假肢和动物足骨标本进行压力测试.结果表明,针对动物足骨标本的冲击载荷达到了13.73 kN,满足实验技术要求.该实验装置为骨科、创伤和康复等专业的临床医学人才以及新工科医工结合背景下的创新型医疗装备研发人才提供了实验基础.
Design and Implementation of Modeling Machine Experimental Device for Clinical Typing of Ankle Fracture
In order to deeply study the injury mechanism,clinical typing and diagnosis and treatment plan of ankle-foot fracture,an experimental device for ankle fracture modeling making was developed.The AMESim virtual simulation model of the hydraulic actuating system was established,and the experimental device test was carried out for wood,plastic prosthesis and animal foot specimens.The results show that the impact loading force for the animal foot bone specimen reaches 13.73 kN,which meets the technical requirements.It provides an experimental basis for clinical medical talents specialized in orthopedics,trauma and rehabilitation,as well as innovative medical equipment research and development talents in the context of the combination of medicine and industry in the new engineering discipline.
