旋转导向钻井轨迹控制特性实验教学装置设计及应用

旋转导向是目前钻井技术的最前沿科技,也是定向钻井领域未来发展的主流方向.获取并展示旋转导向钻井行为对钻井人才培养及实现现场技术再次革新升级均有重大意义.为展示旋转导向钻井行为,基于相似性原理,研制旋转导向钻井轨迹控制特性实验教学装置,装置可展示旋转导向钻井系统的轨迹控制行为和揭示其控制特性,可评价不同导向钻井技术实施效果,提升学生导向钻井作业的工程实践能力,为科研人员揭示轨迹控制机理、开展科研创新提供保障.
Design and Application of Experimental Teaching Device for Trajectory Control Characteristics of Rotary Directional Drilling
Rotary guidance is currently the most cutting-edge technology in drilling and the mainstream direction for future development in the field of directional drilling.Obtaining and demonstrating the behavior of rotary directional drilling is of great significance for on-site technological innovation and upgrading,as well as for cultivating drilling talents in universities and achieving further technological innovation and upgrading on site.In order to demonstrate the behavior of rotary directional drilling,a simulation experimental teaching device for the trajectory control characteristics of rotary directional drilling was established based on the principle of similarity.The experimental teaching device can reveal and display the trajectory control behavior and control characteristics of the rotary directional drilling system,and evaluate the implementation effects of different directional drilling technologies.This not only improves the engineering practice ability of students in directional drilling operations,but also provides guarantees for researchers to reveal the trajectory control mechanism and carry out scientific research innovation.
