Reform and Practice of Engineering Training Teaching System in Civil Aviation Universities
Guided by the construction of"Double First-class"subjects and specialties, promoting the integration of vocational education and general education,as well as the integration of industry and education, introducing the concept of outcome based education, four levels of interconnected teaching system is constructed, including basic training, comprehensive training, engineering practice, and innovative practice.A curriculum adapted to modern engineering education is established from three aspects,i.e.,competition driven engineering training courses, modular"professional+practice"courses, and vocational training courses based on the"basic skills+license training"model.A full process assessment and evaluation standard model is explored, and a project-based teaching method is established. The practice proves that the teaching system can simultaneously cultivate students'rigorous style and innovative ability, and provide support for cultivating innovative and versatile civil aviation talents, which has certain reference significance for the engineering training construction in civil aviation universities.
