促进职业技能深度学习的虚拟仿真教学策略——以"飞机维修专业教学"为例

构建了虚拟仿真环境下以开展学生发生深度学习为目标的教学策略,采用德尔菲法开发了适配飞机维修深度学习的调查量表作为效果评估工具.在某高职民航院校飞机维修相关专业的44 名学生中,开展了6 周的教学实践以验证教学策略对促进学生深度学习的有效性.结果显示,教学策略在迁移应用、分析判断、主动协作学习、产生持久兴趣和内化职业价值观5 项深度学习指标上均呈现统计学意义上的显著提升;在批判反思指标上的数据虽有提升,但未呈现统计学上的显著变化,进一步分析了原因并提出了改进方法.该教学策略在认知、行为和情感3 个维度上可有效促进学生在技能训练领域的深度学习.
Research on Virtual Simulation Teaching Strategies to Promote Deep Learning of Vocational Skills——Taking Aircraft Maintenance Education as an Example
The Delphi method was employed to develop a survey questionnaire tailored for deep learning in aircraft maintenance,serving as an assessment tool for the effectiveness of the teaching strategy.A 6-week teaching practice was conducted among 44 students in aircraft maintenance-related majors at a vocational civil aviation college to verify the effectiveness of the teaching strategy in promoting student deep learning.The results indicate that the teaching strategy significantly enhances five deep learning indicators,i.e.,application transfer,analytical judgment,proactive collaborative learning,sustained interest,and internalization of professional values.These all show statistically significant improvements.Although there was an increase in the data for the critical reflection indicator,it did not exhibit statistically significant changes.Further analysis was conducted to identify the reasons and propose improvement methods.It can be proven that the teaching strategy effectively promotes deep learning in students across cognitive,behavioral,and emotional dimensions in the field of skill training.
