With the increase of scientific research funds and construction funds in colleges and universities year by year,it has become an important task for university managers to convert the school-running funds into various experimental materials with high quality and efficiency through scientific and compliant procurement activities.The instrumental analysis center of Shanghai Jiao Tong University uses the PDCA cycle theory,with the goal of high-quality,low-price,efficient and compliant procurement,starting from the organization,system and process,and taking information construction as the carrier to build a procurement work system,and gradually improve the procurement management system and effectively improve the laboratory refined management level by continuously optimizing the small PDCA cycle of procurement application-execution-feedback-improvement and the large PDCA cycle of annual procurement plan implementation.
