Exploring the Practical Teaching Model of Journalism and Communication under the Background of the New Liberal Arts
Renowned scientist and educator Qian Weichang,based on the extensive absorption of excellent educational thoughts from both China and abroad.This paper clearly proposes the educational idea of dismantling the"Four Walls."By deeply implementing Qian Weichang's idea of dismantling the"Four Walls"in the exploration of practical teaching models,we closely integrate the school with society,unite interdisciplinary talents inside and outside of classes,and jointly design content for multiple practical courses.By mobilizing students'initiative in learning,we emphasize that both teachers and students must excel in teaching and scientific research,and promote mutual growth in teaching.Practice has shown that:it has enhanced the level of practical teaching and met the training needs for high-quality journalism and communication talents;at the same time,it has endowed Qian Weichang's educational philosophy with new connotations in the exploration of practical teaching.The practice of this philosophy has direct guiding value for the exploration of practical teaching in journalism and communication disciplines under the background of the new liberal arts.
