基于OBE理念的大型仪器双向融合培训体系建设

大型仪器的规范化管理和使用培训是开展实验教学和科研工作的重要保障.基于成果导向教育(OBE)理念核心观点和原则,结合高校实验室大型仪器运行现状,构建了以学习成果为导向的线上线下双向融合培训体系框架.参照生物医学工程学院大型仪器培训现状及需求,通过"自主学习平台"的开发和应用,充分融合线上教学的灵活性和线下实践的互动性,可巩固学生的理论基础,提高创新意识和实验操作水平,使培训流程更高效、培训效果更显著,实现了对资源的优化配置和学习方法的创新,以期为高校实验室大型仪器培训的发展提供参考和借鉴.
Construction of a Bidirectional Training System for Large-scale Instruments Based on OBE Theory
Large-scale instrument training is an important guarantee for universities to carry out laboratory management.This study constructs a bidirectional training system framework based on the principles of OBE theory and the training needs of main experimental instruments.According to the basic situation and requirements of large-scale instrument training in the School of Biomedical Engineering,we develop a"self-learning platform" which integrates the flexibility of online teaching and the interactivity of offline practice.This system can optimize resource allocation and training effectiveness,enhance students'innovation ability and experimental skills.It can also provide a reference for the development of large-scale instrument training in university laboratories.
