According to the new standards and requirements of the laboratory safety management system construction,combined with the characteristics of South China University of Technology,the"1+2+3"laboratory safety management system was constructed.The system takes the responsibility system as the single core,safety education and safety inspection as the major starting points,and starts from three lines of defense:system construction,technical prevention and investment guarantee.The practical results show that the efficiency of laboratory safety management is effectively improved through the organic combination of 6 aspects of the system.Implementation of laboratory safety responsibility system effectively controls laboratory safety risks and reduces laboratory accidents.The construction of this system provides a useful reference for training talents and building a high-level safe university in the new era.
