摘要
三叉神经痛是常见的头面痛疾病,也是疼痛科医生经常要面对的神经病理性疼痛之一.在三叉神经痛诊疗过程中应遵循"诊断与鉴别诊断优先、对因治疗优先的序贯性治疗、射频治疗时颅外射频优先、治疗选择个体化和确保患者知情同意"五项原则,以实现满意的治疗结果.
Abstract
Trigeminal neuralgia is a common head and face pain disorder,and it is also one of the neuropathic pain that pain physician often face.In the diagnosis and treatment of trigeminal neuralgia,five principles should be followed:prioritizing diagnosis and differential diagnosis,prioritizing sequential treatment for the cause,prioritizing extracranial radiofrequency during radiofrequency therapy,individualized treatment selection,and ensuring patient informed consent,in order to achieve satisfactory treatment results.
