摘要
腰背痛已成为全球致残的首要原因,是一个重大的全球公共卫生问题.为提升腰背痛诊疗服务能力,满足临床诊疗需求,国家卫生健康委能力建设和继续教育中心疼痛病诊疗专项能力提升项目专家组系统检索和评价了国内外近年来发表的慢性腰背痛诊疗循证医学证据,严格论证后制定本指南.
Abstract
Low back pain has become the leading cause of disability worldwide and a major global public health issue.In order to enhance the ability of diagnosis and treatment for low back pain to meet the needs of clinical diagnosis and treatment,the expert group systematically searched and evaluated the evidences from evidence-based medicine on the diagnosis and treatment for the chronic low back pain at home and abroad in recent years,and compiled this guideline.
