摘要
本文报道1例三叉神经痛(TN)行球囊压迫术治疗的患者,其心电图示心房扑动合并完全性右束支传导阻滞及左前分支阻滞,球囊压迫术前置人心脏临时起搏器,术中血液动力学稳定,保障了患者治疗安全.
Abstract
The patient suffered from trigeminal neuralgia(TN)and comorbid with atrial flutter and complete right bundle branch block and left anterior branch block.A temporary cardiac pacemaker was installed before the treatment of microballoon compression operation and the hemodynamics of the patient were stable during the operation,which ensured the safety of the patient's treatment.
