摘要
本文报道1例骶神经鞘瘤术后并发左下肢麻木、疼痛并凉感的患者,采用短时程脊髓电刺激治疗,硬膜外临时电极放置2周,随访3个月原有症状明显缓解.
Abstract
One patient with left lower limb numbness and cool sensation after resection of sacral schwannoma was treated by short-term electrical spinal cord stimulation with a temporary epidural electrode placed in the epidural space for 2 weeks.After 3 months of follow-up,the patient's original symptoms were significantly relieved.
