摘要
本文报道1例成人带状疱疹应用卡马西平治疗导致的重型多形性红斑药疹,对此种罕见严重并发症总结其临床表现、鉴别诊断及治疗方法,并行文献复习.
Abstract
A severe erythema pleomorpha happened in one patient with herpes zoster during carbamazepine treatment.The clinical manifestations,differential diagnosis and treatment of this rare and serious complication were summarized,and the literatures were reviewed.
