富血小板血浆在神经病理性疼痛疾病治疗中的应用进展

摘要
神经病理性疼痛是现代临床治疗的难点,富血小板血浆(PRP)富含大量细胞因子及生长因子,可通过促进炎症消退、受损神经轴突再生和局部神经再支配等改善和缓解神经病理性疼痛.本文针对PRP在神经病理性疼痛疾病中的应用进行综述,以期为神经病理性疼痛的治疗提供新的思路.
Abstract
Neuropathic pain is difficult to treat in modern clinical medicine.Platelet rich plasma(PRP)consists many cytokines and growth factors,which can improve and alleviate neuropathic pain by promoting the regression of inflammation,regeneration of damaged axons and local reinnervation.This article reviews the application of PRP in neuropathic pain disease in order to provide new ideas for the treatment of neuropathic pain.
