伤害可塑性疼痛作为慢性疼痛的一种新类型,为我们提供了研究和治疗肌肉骨骼系统慢性疼痛的新方向.本综述系统回顾了伤害可塑性疼痛的定义、流行病学、机制、诊断、治疗等方面进展及其在肌肉骨骼系统中的研究现状,以期为从伤害可塑性疼痛的角度指导肌肉骨骼系统的治疗提供基础.

)As a new type of chronic pain,nociplastic pain provides a new direction for research and treatment of chronic pain in the musculoskeletal system.This paper systematically reviewed the definition,epidemiology,mechanism,diagnosis and treatment advances of nociplastic pain,and the research status of nociplastic pain in the musculoskeletal system,to provide a basis knowledge and guide the application in the musculoskeletal system.
