摘要
幻肢痛是指截肢后缺失肢体的局部区域或者整个缺失肢体部位的疼痛,是截肢术后常见的难治性疼痛.幻肢痛确切机制尚不清楚,涉及外周、中枢以及心理等多方面因素.幻肢痛常与截肢后残肢残端痛并存,患者难以描述疼痛性质.目前临床上有多种幻肢痛治疗方法,治疗效果各异,对治疗方案的选择缺乏统一的专家意见.本共识为国内相关领域疼痛学专家共同编写,以期为幻肢痛规范诊断和治疗提供一定的参考意见.
Abstract
Phantom limb pain is pain in a local area or entire missing limb after amputation,and is a common refractory pain in amputee patients.The mechanism of phantom limb pain is still unclear and involves peripheral,central and psychological factors.Patients are difficult to describe the nature of phantom limb pain,which often coexists with post-amputation stump pain.There are a variety of treatment methods with different effects for the phantom limb pain,and lack of unified expert opinions on the choice of treatment regimen.This consensus is compiled by domestic painology experts in related fields,to provide reference opinions for the standardized diagnosis and treatment of phantom limb pain.
