背根神经节高电压长时程脉冲射频治疗脑卒中后中枢性疼痛:1例报道并文献复习

摘要
本文报道1例左侧上下肢烧灼样疼痛两年的患者,经检查确诊为脑卒中后中枢性疼痛(CPSP).该患者曾采用药物、针灸等治疗,但效果不佳,且疼痛进行性加重,严重影响睡眠及生活.经超声联合C型臂引导下腰背根神经节(DRG)高电压长时程脉冲射频神经调控治疗后肢体疼痛迅速缓解,随访3个月疼痛未复发.DRG脉冲射频缓解CPSP未见文献报道,此疗法可能为CPSP的治疗提供简单易行的新方法.
Abstract
One patient with limb burning pain diagnosed as central post-stroke pain(CPSP)used to be treated with various medications and acupuncture,but the pain worsened progressively,seriously affected sleep and daily life.The pain was relieved rapidly by the high-voltage long-duration pulsed radiofrequency treatment to lumbar dorsal root ganglion(DRG)under the guidance of ultrasound and C-arm and no recurrence in 3 months follow-up.This report may provide a simple and feasible new therapy for the CPSP.
