中西医微创疗法在肩关节周围炎中的研究进展

摘要
肩关节周围炎(ACS)是肩关节功能障碍中常见疾病.针对肩关节周围炎的治疗也是近几年来研究热点,微创疗法因其操作简便、创伤小、经济高效的优点在临床应用中广泛开展.本文从中医及西医两个角度着重综述当前微创疗法研究新证据和进展,以期为该病临床治疗提供新思路.
Abstract
Adhesive capsulitis of the shoulder(ACS)is a common shoulder dysfunction and is also a research hotspot for the treatments in recent years.Minimally invasive therapy has been widely used in clinical applications because of its advantages of simple operation,small trauma and economic efficiency.This article reviews the new evidence and progress of minimally invasive therapy from the perspectives of traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine,and provides new ideas for the clinical treatment.
