摘要
肩周炎的治疗应引起重视,根据我们的经验,疼痛期的治疗以口服抗炎镇痛药物和类固醇痛点注射为主;冻结期应实施麻醉下手法松解术或关节镜下关节囊松解术.口服非甾体抗炎镇痛药应贯穿整个治疗过程.
Abstract
Based on our experience,oral anti-inflammatory and analgesics,and steroid injections in pain point is mainly treatment method during the pain period of scapulohumeral periarthritis.Manipulation under anesthesia or arthroscopic capsular release should be performed during the frozen period.Non-steroidal anti-inflammatory and analgesics should be administered throughout whole treatment process.
