摘要
臀上皮神经主要来源于L1～L3脊神经根后支的外侧支,并主要分布于腰部及臀部的感觉神经.臀上皮神经阻滞可用于腰臀部疼痛的鉴别诊断和治疗.本共识基于臀上皮神经的解剖和生理功能,总结臀上皮神经阻滞疗法的适应证、禁忌证、阻滞技术操作方法、并发症防治和注意事项,为临床医生开展臀上皮神经阻滞疗法提供指导.
Abstract
The superior cluneal nerve mainly originates from the lateral branch of the posterior branch of the L1-L3 spinal nerve root,and is mainly distributed in the waist and buttocks.Superior cluneal nerve block can be used in the differential diagnosis and treatment of lumbohip pain.Based on the anatomical and physiological functions of the superior cluneal nerve,this consensus summarizes the indications,contraindications,operation methods,prevention and treatment of complications and precautions of the superior cluneal nerve block therapy,to provide guidance for clinicians to carry out in the clinic.
