摘要
胸脊神经根阻滞疗法是疼痛科基本的诊疗方法,主要用于胸背、胸前、肋间、腹部等部位的麻醉及疼痛治疗.本专家共识介绍了胸脊神经根的解剖,系统描述了胸脊神经根阻滞疗法的各种操作方法、常用药物、适应证、禁忌证和并发症.本专家共识推荐使用解剖定位法和影像学引导下进行胸脊神经根阻滞.文献和临床应用证实,胸脊神经根阻滞疗法是胸背部慢性疼痛性疾病的一种安全、有效的诊断和治疗方法.
Abstract
Thoracic spinal nerve root block therapy is a fundamental diagnostic and treatment method in the pain management.It is primarily used for anesthesia and pain management in regions such as the chest,back,intercostal space,and abdomen.This expert consensus overviews the anatomy of thoracic spinal nerve root,various procedural techniques,commonly utilized medications,indications,contraindications,and potential complications associated with the thoracic spinal nerve root block therapy.The consensus strongly advocates the use of anatomical localization and imaging guidance when performing this block therapy.Both literature and clinical evidence support the assertion that thoracic spinal nerve root block therapy is a safe and effective diagnostic and treatment approach for chronic pain disorders in the chest and the back.
