摘要
本文介绍1例涉及多发颅神经病变的拉姆齐-亨特综合征继发疱疹后顽固性神经痛,经短时程周围神经电刺激14 d后疼痛有效缓解的病例,并对相关文献进行系统性回顾.
Abstract
One patient with intractable postherpetic neuralgia secondary to Ramsey-Hunt syndrome involving multiple cranial neuropathy was reported.The pain was effectively relieved after 14 days of short-term peripheral nerve stimulation,and the related literature was reviewed systematically.
