摘要
本文报道1例青少年患者(16岁,女)颈背部疼痛进行性加重,查体主要为颈背部压痛、叩击痛,诊断为脊髓硬膜下蛛网膜囊肿.行椎管内占位病变切除术,预后良好.本文拟总结其症状、体征、影像学检查、手术方法和预后,并进行文献复习,以期提升临床医师的相关认识,减少误诊.
Abstract
One adolescent patient(16 years old,female)complained of progressively worsening pain,and main signs were tenderness and percussion pain in the neck and back.The patient was diagnosed as spinal subdural arachnoid cyst,then received the resection of intradural cysts lesion,with a good prognosis.This article summarized the symptoms,signs,imaging features,surgical methods,and prognosis of the spinal subdural arachnoid cyst,with the literatures review,to enhance the awareness of this disease and reduce misdiagnosis.
