摘要
本文报道1例以臀部疼痛为主要表现的老年患者,最初被误诊为腰骶部肌筋膜炎,但最终通过穿刺行病原学检查诊断为化脓性脊柱炎.脊柱感染常见病因为局部医源性感染,而通过病情分析发现该患者为泌尿手术后尿路源性表皮葡萄球菌感染所致,该类型感染案例报道罕见.
Abstract
The elderly patient with hip pain,at first misdiagnosed as lumbosacral myofascitis,was finally diagnosed as pyogenic spondylitis by etiological examination.Spinal infection is commonly caused by local iatrogenic infection,but this patient is caused by urogenic staphylococcus epidermidis infection after urinary surgery.
