摘要
银质针诊疗技术现已得到较为广泛的应用,因其疗效显著、操作简便、治疗成本低等优点,仍有进一步推广、规范的需要.本文综述了细银质针的演变过程、临床应用、辅助诊疗方法及相应作用机制.对于其现代相关诊断方法——热成像与心率变异性(HRV)分析技术进行介绍,同时总结细银质针临床治疗的特性、规范诊断及治疗方案,并对适应人群、作用机制进行研究探讨.明确了细银质针诊疗技术、适应证范围,为临床医生提供本项技术的理论支持和成熟经验.
Abstract
Fine silver needle diagnosis and treatment technology has been widely applied due to its significant therapeutic effect,simple operation,and low treatment cost.There is still a need for further promotion and standardization.This article summarizes the fine silver needle in evolution process,clinical application,auxiliary diagnosis methods,corresponding mechanisms,and introduces the fine silver needle in clinical treatment characteristics,standardized diagnosis and treatment plan,the applicable population and mechanism of action,to provide theoretical support and mature experience for clinicians.
