摘要
椎管内介入治疗作为慢性顽固性疼痛的一种重要治疗手段被广泛应用.研究发现,相较于侧位透视,对侧斜位透视可进一步提升椎管内介入治疗的成功率和安全性.本文重点介绍了对侧斜位透视在椎管内介入治疗中的独特优势,并总结了其在颈胸腰椎椎管内介入治疗领域中的应用进展及临床治疗前景.
Abstract
Intraspinal interventional therapy is widely used as an important treatment for chronic intractable pain.Contralateral oblique fluoroscopy can further improve the success rate and safety of intraspinal interventional therapy compared with lateral fluoroscopy.This paper focuses on the unique advantages of contralateral oblique fluoroscopy in intraspinal interventional therapy,and summarizes the application progress and clinical treatment prospect in cervicothoracic and lumbar vertebrae.
