摘要
三叉神经痛是临床上常见的疼痛性疾病,因其发作时疼痛剧烈,被称为"天下第一痛",有多个临床科室可以进行三叉神经痛的治疗,方法多样.近年来随着疼痛学科诊疗发展、神经外科治疗技术的进步以及微创治疗的进一步开展,使得三叉神经痛的临床疗效大大提高,不良反应减少.本文针对三叉神经痛现有的临床治疗方法进展展开综述.
Abstract
Trigeminal neuralgia(TN)is a common painful disease in clinic,with an extremely unbearable pain known as"the greatest pain in the world".At present,TN were treated in multiple clinical departments with various methods.In recent years,with the development of painology and the progress of neurosurgical technique and minimally invasive methods,the efficacy has greatly improved and the adverse effect has reduced.This article reviews the progress of clinical treatment for TN.
