基于CiteSpace和V OSviewer分析针刀治疗疼痛研究现状和趋势

摘要
目的 采用CiteSpace和VOSviewer软件分析针刀在治疗疼痛中的研究现状和趋势.方法 通过在中国知网(CNK1)检索1993年至2023年有关针刀治疗慢性疼痛的文献,筛选后将符合纳入的文献以Refworks格式输出,应用CiteSpace和VOSviewer软件对作者、机构、关键词进行可视化分析.结果 共检索到3 259条文献,符合研究条件的文献2 295篇,单年文献总量呈波动性上升趋势,并在2019年达到最高的216篇.发文总量排名前4位的作者分别是朱俊琛、任树军、何海军、董博;总发文量最多的机构是中国中医科学院望京医院;关键词分析发现研究最多的病种是"肩周炎"和"颈椎病";聚类分析也显示,"肩周炎"和"颈椎病"是较突出的聚类;关键词突现分析表明,"针刀镜""炎性因子"将来可能仍是研究热点.结论 最近20年针刀疗法在疼痛领域有了长足发展,目前已经被应用于治疗多种疼痛疾病,有关针刀对于炎症因子的影响是近年来研究热点,另外,超微针刀也是今后的一个研究方向.
Abstract
Objective To analyze the research status and trend of acupotomy in the treatment of pain by the software of CiteSpace and VOSviewer.Methods By searching the literature on acupotomy for chronic pain from 1993 to 2023 on CNKI,the included literature was output in refworks format,and the authors,institutions and keywords were visually analyzed using CiteSpace and VOSviewer software.Results A total of 3 259 articles were retrieved,in which 2 295 articles met the research criteria.The total number of articles in a single year showed a fluctuating increase,reaching the highest of 216 articles in 2019.The top four authors are Zhu Junchen,Ren Shujun,He Haijun,and Dong Bo,and the top institution of the publications is Wangjing Hospital of the Chinese Academy of Traditional Chinese Medicine.Keyword analysis found that the most studied diseases are shoulder periarthritis and cervical spondylosis;and Cluster analysis also shows that shoulder periarthritis and cervical spondylosis are more prominent clusters.Keyword emergence analysis indicates that acupotomy microscopy and inflammatory factors may still be research hotspots in recent years.Conclusions In the past 20 years,acupotomy has had a long onset in the field of pain,and it has been applied to treatment of various pain diseases.The impact of acupotomy on inflammatory factors is a research hotspot in the future.In addition,ultra-fine needle knife is also a future research direction.
