分娩镇痛产妇舒适状况量表的研制及信效度检验

摘要
目的 研制分娩镇痛产妇舒适状况量表并检验其信效度,为提高产妇产时舒适提供评估工具.方法 基于Kolcaba的舒适理论,通过文献回顾、小组会议、两轮德尔菲函询形成初始量表;于2023年6月至9月对山东省3所三级甲等医院的320例分娩镇痛产妇进行调查,对量表进行信效度检验.结果 分娩镇痛产妇舒适状况量表包括4个维度、20个条目;两轮专家函询的专家积极系数均为100％,权威系数分别为0.878、0.893,肯德尔和谐系数为0.119、0.320(均P＜0.001);探索性因子分析共提取4个公因子,累计方差贡献率为71.366％;该量表的Cronbach's a系数为0.909,重测信度为0.745,内容效度指数为S-CVI为0.930,I-CVI为0.765～1.000.结论 分娩镇痛产妇舒适状况量表具有良好的信效度,可作为评估实施分娩镇痛后产妇舒适状况的工具.
Abstract
Objective To develop and test the reliability and validity of the comfort scale for parturient with labor analgesia.Methods Based on the comfort theory of Kolcaba,the initial scale was formed through literature review,group meeting,two rounds of Delphi inquiry and pre-survey.A total of 320 parturients with labor analgesia from three hospitals in Shandong Province were tested from June to September in 2023.Results The developed scale consisted of four dimensions and 20 items,and the positive coefficient of two rounds of expert correspondence was 100％,the authoritative coefficient was 0.878,0.893 and Cronbach's α coefficient 0.119,0.320,respectively(all P＜0.001).The results of exploratory factor analysis showed that the cumulative variance contribution rate of the four common factors was 71.366％,Cronbach's αcoefficient 0.909,test-retest reliability 0.745,the content validity index 0.930 for S-cvi and 0.765-1.000 for I-CVI respectively.Conclusion The developed scale has good reliability and validity,and can be used as a tool to evaluate the comfort status of parturient with labor analgesia.
