臭氧自体血疗法辅助治疗腰椎内固定术后感染:1例报道并文献复习

摘要
1例2型糖尿病病史10余年且血糖控制不佳者,行腰椎内固定手术后出现感染,常规抗感染治疗效果不佳,而联合臭氧自体血疗法辅助治疗后明显好转.通过文献回顾并结合本病例发现,臭氧自体血疗法有利于激活免疫活性细胞、清除炎症因子与自由基等作用,改善腰椎术后感染的控制效果,可降低二次手术的风险.
Abstract
A patient with type 2 diabetes over ten years and blood glucose poorly controlled,developed infection after lumbar internal fixation.The conventional anti-infection treatment was ineffective,but the condition significantly improved after the adjuvant treatment with ozone autohemotherapy.Through literature review and combined with this case,we found that ozone autohemotherapy can activate immunocompetent cells,eliminate inflammatory factors and free radicals,improve the control effect of postoperative lumbar infection,which can reduce the risk of secondary surgeries.
