银质针联合药物治疗儿童椎间盘突出:1例报道并文献复习

摘要
本文报道了 1例儿童椎间盘突出患者,经外用膏药、口服抗炎镇痛类药物治疗疼痛缓解有限,给予银质针联合甘露醇和地塞米松磷酸钠静脉注射治疗5 d后疼痛数字评分表(NRS)评分显著下降,疼痛显著缓解.因此对于儿童椎间盘突出症等罕见疾病可以使用中医传统康复手段结合西医药物进行保守治疗.
Abstract
One teenager with traumatic disc herniation was treated successfully by silver needle combined with mannitol and dexamethasone sodium phosphate intravenous infusion,the pain was significantly relieved and the numerical rating scale decreased significantly.The traditional Chinese medicine combined with western medicine is an effective method of conservative treatment for teenager with traumatic disc herniation.
