摘要
腰椎窦椎神经(LSVN)在椎间盘源性腰痛(DLBP)的发生中发挥重要作用,其广泛分布于腰椎间盘纤维环、后纵韧带等部位,支配椎体和椎间盘等组织,与椎间盘源性疼痛信号的传导密不可分.临床上,了解腰椎窦椎神经的解剖学特点对于准确诊断和治疗椎间盘源性腰痛至关重要.通过精确的解剖学定位,采用靶向阻滞等技术,以达到治疗椎间盘源性腰痛的目的.本文基于椎间盘源性腰痛,对腰椎窦椎神经的解剖学和临床应用研究进行综述.
Abstract
Lumbar sinuvertebral nerve(LSVN)plays an important role in the pathogenesis of discogenic low back pain(DLBP).LSVN is widely distributed in the annulus fibrosus and posterior longitudinal ligament of lumbar intervertebral disc,in the vertebral body and intervertebral disc and other tissues,which all are related to the transmission of discogenic pain signals.Clinically,it is crucial to understand the anatomical characteristics of LSVN for accurate diagnosis and treatment of DLBP.Targeted block of LSVN can effectively treat DLBP.This article reviews the anatomy and clinical application of LSVN based on DLBP.
