摘要
随着医疗器械的更新迭代,新型药物的成功研制,尤其是疼痛机制研究方面的进展,使得神经阻滞在现代疼痛诊疗中被广泛应用,且发挥着越来越重要的作用.神经阻滞是疼痛性疾病诊疗的首选方法,已经发展成为现代医学的一大类诊疗方法,弥补了单纯药物、微创或手术疗法的不足.本文对神经阻滞的临床应用进行总结及其在疼痛治疗中的应用进展进行了综述,为后续神经阻滞在疼痛治疗方面提供参考.
Abstract
With the updating and iteration of medical instrumentsand especially the progress in research on pain mechanism,nerve block has been widely used in pain diagnosis and treatment.Nerve block is the preferred method for the diagnosis and treatment of painful diseases,which has developed into a major category of diagnostic and treatment methods in modern medicine,and compensates for the shortcomings and shortcomings of drugs and surgical treatment.This article summarizes the clinical application of nerve block and its progress in pain treatment,to provide reference for the future application in pain treatment.
