摘要
带状疱疹后神经痛(PHN)的疼痛难以控制,治疗效果较为局限,严重降低了患者生活质量.PHN发病机制复杂,水痘-带状疱疹病毒(VZV)感染与再激活、外周神经损伤及中枢敏化等多种机制均参与其中.本文对近年来PHN发病机制的最新研究进展进行综述,为PHN临床治疗提供理论依据.
Abstract
Postherpetic neuralgia(PHN)is difficult to control and reduce patients'quality of life.The pathogenesis of PHN is complex.Varicella-zoster virus(VZV)infection and reactivation,peripheral nerve injury and central sensitization and other mechanisms are involved.In this paper,the latest research progresses of the mechanisms in PHN are reviewed to provide a theoretical basis for the clinical treatment of PHN.
