摘要
三叉神经痛是临床上最常见的脑神经疾病之一,其疼痛给患者留下了极大的生理及心理不适,甚至有些患者可因疼痛出现面肌的痛性抽搐.经皮穿刺球囊压迫术因其微创、无需开颅、成功率较高、操作安全等优势,逐渐应用到三叉神经痛的治疗中.本文围绕经皮穿刺球囊压迫术治疗三叉神经痛的并发症以及复发因素的研究进展进行综述,为临床治疗提供一定的科学支持.
Abstract
Trigeminal neuralgia causes significant physical and psychological discomfort to patients,and some patients even experience painful facial muscle spasms due to the severity of the pain.Percutaneous balloon compression has gained popularity in the treatment of trigeminal neuralgia because of its minimally invasive nature,high success rate,and safety.This paper reviews the research progress of percutaneous balloon compression for the treatment of trigeminal neuralgia,focusing on the complications and recurrence factors to provide reference for clinical practice.
