现代经济发展显现,企业竞争归根到底是人才的竞争,一向作为"特殊行业"备受政府特殊关照的国有企业受到极大冲击,如何面对激烈的市场竞争?出路只有一条,即大力开发人力资源,向国际标准看齐。然而我们目前的人力资源开发存在着许多缺陷抑或不足,为此,研究人力资源开发就颇有现实意义。本文对某国有企业人力资源开发现状进行分析并提出对策。
The modem economic develonmt, the enterprise, comlition of talents and serve as industry has spasal attention to the government of the state--owned enterprises is a great shock. Facing sharp market competion? The solution is only one, it is vigorously developing human resources to international standards. However, our present human resource development there are many defects or defidendes in this regard, the study of human resource development is a nmlity. This article carries on to some State-owned txahness human resources development present situation analy's and proposes the countermeasure.
